This page contains code libraries and links to programs that parse and write ScenML documents.

• ScenMLDOM.tcl, a Tcl/Tk script that creates a new ScenML document using functions defined in the script. Requires Iwidgets and TclDOM.
• Scenario Manager, an open-source project hosted on SourceForge that uses ScenML for its native file format. A self-contained Windows executable is available - you do not need Tcl/Tk to run Scenario Manager.
